We collect information in two main categories: (1) **Account Information** from Restaurants (Name, Billing, Menu Data) to provide the service, and (2) **Diner Information** (Name, Email, Phone) collected *on behalf of Restaurants* for reservations and orders.

  • Restaurant Data: Business details, banking info (via processors), and menu content.
  • Diner Data: Contact details used strictly for fulfilling orders/reservations. We do not sell this data.
  • Usage Cookies: Analytics to improve platform performance.

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to facilitate the interaction between Diner and Restaurant.

  • Processing reservations and sending confirmations.
  • Facilitating payments (processed securely by Stripe/PayPal).
  • Fraud prevention and platform security.
  • Communication regarding service updates.

3. Information Sharing

We share Diner data **only** with the specific Restaurant they booked with. We do not share data with advertisers. We may share data with technical service providers (e.g., Cloud Hosting, Email Gateway) solely to operate the platform.

4. Data Retention & Rights

We retain reservation data for historical records unless deletion is requested. Users have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting support.
