Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MenuNode. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MenuNode is a technology platform that connects diners with restaurants ("Users"). We provide the digital tools for menu management, ordering, and reservations. **We are not a restaurant** and do not prepare food, offer hospitality services, or employ the staff at the restaurants listing on our platform. The contract for the sale of goods and services is strictly between the Diner and the Restaurant.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Restaurants are responsible for verifying their own legal status and compliance with local health and safety regulations. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
MenuNode facilitates payments via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, MercadoPago). We do not store sensitive card data.
For Diners: Charges are collected on behalf of the Restaurant. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Restaurant.
For Restaurants: You are liable for any chargebacks or disputes arising from your service. MenuNode may charge transaction fees which are deducted at source.
Restaurants must honor all confirmed reservations and orders received through the platform. MenuNode is not liable for "no-shows" by diners or cancellations by restaurants. However, repeated failure to honor bookings may result in account termination.
Authorized Resellers may market and support MenuNode services. If you subscribed through a Reseller, their additional terms may apply regarding billing and support. However, your use of the Platform remains subject to these Terms.
You retain rights to your menus and photos. By uploading them, you grant MenuNode a license to display them to provide the Service. You represent that you own the rights to all uploaded content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, non-payment of fees, or failure to honor reservations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
