🏢 Branch Management
If your business has multiple locations or points of sale, you can manage them all from a single panel. Each branch can have its own opening hours, location, and notifications.
Access
Branches in the sidebar to get started.
Available on: Pro (up to 2 branches), Premium (up to 10 branches).
Adding a New Branch
Click on the "Add New Branch" panel to open the registration form.
1. Basic Information & Schedule
- Branch Name: Internal and public identifier (e.g., "Downtown Branch").
- Timezone: Critical for ensuring reservations and orders match your local time.
* 24 Hours: Ideal for online or continuous services.
* Specific Hours: Define your opening and closing times (e.g., 09:00 - 22:00).
* Working Days: Uncheck the days you are closed (e.g., Sundays).
2. Location & Connectivity
- Address: The physical address your customers will see.
- Google Maps Link: Paste your location link so customers can navigate with a click.
- Guest Wi-Fi: (Optional) Share the Wi-Fi password on that branch's digital menu.
* Show on Menu: Check this box to display the "Free Wi-Fi" card on the QR menu.
3. Operation Modes
- Only Delivery: 🛵 Activate this if it is a "Dark Kitchen" or a delivery-only point.
Note:* This will automatically disable Reservations and Waiter Caller features for this branch.
4. Configuration Overrides
By default, branches inherit the global configuration, but you can customize it here:
- Order Notifications: Do you want orders from this branch to go to a different WhatsApp number? Configure it here.
- Store Info: Custom message appearing at checkout (e.g., specific instructions for that location).
All branch configurations will use the global settings if a specific configuration is not specified for the branch.
Branches have their own QR codes which can be downloaded from the QR Codes section in the sidebar.
