👥 Collaborators (Premium)



The Collaborators function allows you to invite your staff or partners to manage your restaurant in MenuNode without sharing your main password.

Available on: Pro (up to 4 collaborators), Premium (up to 50 collaborators). Make sure you have an active subscription to add members to your team.



Collaborators Dashboard

1. Add a Collaborator



To invite someone, click the "Add Collaborator" button. A window will open where you can define their details and access level.

Required Fields


  • Name: The name that will appear in the system (e.g., "John Doe").

  • Email: The email they will use to log in.

  • Password: Create an initial password for them (minimum 6 characters).

  • Branch Access: Define what this user can see.

* All Branches: Global access to the entire business.

* Specific Branch: The user will only see data and orders from that location.


2. Permissions and Roles



You can fine-tune exactly what each collaborator can do by checking the corresponding boxes:

  • Orders: Manage incoming orders and change statuses (Kitchen, Delivered, etc.).

  • Menu: Create, edit, or delete items and categories. Change prices.

  • QR Codes: Manage and download QR codes and table cards.

  • Reservations: View and manage the reservation calendar.

  • Waiter Caller: Respond to customer requests at tables.



For kitchen staff, you can give access only to Orders and restrict Menu and Reservations to avoid accidental changes.


3. Edit and Delete



From the main panel you can:
  • Edit: Change permissions, password, or reassign a branch at any time.

  • Delete: Remove access immediately. The user will no longer be able to log in.
