Interactive Features

In this section you can enable and customize features that interact directly with your customers.

  • Reservations: Enable the reservations module to allow customers to book tables directly from the reservation link.

You can find the reservation link in the Reservations section.

"Delivery Only" branches and the main menu do not accept reservations. You will have to use the QR codes of branches that do accept them.


* Last Minute Prevention: Set a minimum advance notice in hours to prevent sudden bookings (e.g., 2 hours before).

* Export & Filters: Filter your reservations by "Tomorrow", "Next Week", or "Next Month" and download your history as a CSV file.


  • Dietary Filters: Allow diners to filter the menu according to their preferences (Vegan, Gluten Free, Spicy, etc.).

You will need to configure the dietary filters on each of your products. To do this, go to the menu manager, click on modify item and go to the dietary filters tab.


  • AI Translation: (Premium) Automatically translate your entire menu into multiple languages using Artificial Intelligence.

Your main language will be taken as reference. If the device accessing the menu is in another language, the menu will create the corresponding translations to be readable by your customer.


  • Virtual Waiter: (All Plans) Enable an AI assistant (chatbot) that can recommend dishes and answer questions about the menu to your customers.

To tell the virtual waiter to recommend one dish more than another, go to the menu manager and select which dishes you want to recommend more in the item editing.


Order and Checkout Configuration



Enable order taking and payment directly from the menu.

  • Enable Auto-Checkout: Activate the shopping cart and checkout flow.

* Limit to Delivery Only: If activated, the system will only allow orders for branches identified as "Delivery Only".

* Service Type: Define if you offer "Dine-in Only", "Delivery Only" or "Both".

If "Limit to Delivery Only" is activated, the system will only allow orders in branches identified as "Delivery Only". It will not allow it in the rest of the branches or on the global menu.

* Store Info: Add useful information that will appear during the checkout process (e.g. delay times, phone number, and any information relevant when a customer places an order).

Your customer will see this legend when checking out and on the order.

If the branch has another legend, this will be overwritten by the branch's one.

* Order Notifications: Choose to receive notifications of new orders via Telegram or WhatsApp (Free).

If "Order Notifications" is activated, the system will send you a message via Telegram or WhatsApp every time a new order is placed and you can manage it directly from that application.

If the branch has another phone number (WhatsApp) or chat id (Telegram) configured, this information will be overwritten by the branch's one.

* Email Notifications (Delivery Only): Activate this option to receive an email notification only when receiving a delivery order.

* Customer Notifications: Automatically send confirmations and order status updates to the customer's email.

Requires configuring a Contact Email and Phone visible to the customer.

* Review Booster: Ask satisfied customers to leave a review on Google Maps after paying.

The review booster requires a Google Maps address as it will send customers who rated you excellently directly to Google Maps to leave their review.

* Dish Recommendation: Allow users to "Like" or "Dislike" dishes.

In the dashboard you can see which dishes (and from which branches) were the most recommended and which ones need improvement.

* Online Payments: Integrate payment gateways to charge at the time of order.

We are developing this functionality. It is not yet fully ready.

* Cover Charge: Add a fixed service or cover cost to the bill.

If cover charge is enabled, a fixed service or cover cost will be added to the account.


Personalized Marketing (Premium)



Create automatic loyalty campaigns for your registered customers.

  • First Order Offer: Offer a percentage discount to customers who register for the first time.

  • Birthday Offer: Send an automatic discount coupon on the customer's birthday.

  • Win-Back Offer: Send a discount to customers who haven't visited your restaurant in the last 30 days.


Guest Wi-Fi



  • Show on menu: Show your Wi-Fi network name and password on the digital menu to facilitate connection for your customers.

Some features like AI Translation and Virtual Waiter require an active Premium subscription or being in the free trial period.
