🍔 Order Management

MenuNode facilitates the order process from the moment the customer chooses their dish until it is delivered.

1. Placing an Order (Customer)

Your customers can explore the digital menu, customize their dishes, and place orders directly from their phones.

• Cart: Clear selection of items and total.
  

• Delivery Details: Form for Delivery or table number for Dine-in.
  

• Coupon: Option to redeem promotional codes.
  

2.The Orders module allows you to receive, manage, and track orders placed by customers in real-time.

Once the order is placed, the customer receives a real-time tracking link.

• Statuses: Received -> In Kitchen -> On the Way -> Delivered.
  

• Feedback: Possibility to rate the experience upon completion.
  

3. Orders Panel (Restaurant)

Your team manages all incoming orders from the Orders Panel (Dashboard).

• Kanban View: Visual organization by status columns.
  

• Sound Alerts: Notification when a new order comes in.
  

4. Order Details

Clicking on an order card will show all the information needed to prepare it.

• Products and Notes: Detailed list including customizations (e.g., "No onions").
  

• Actions: Buttons to advance the status (Prepare, Sending, Completed, Cancelled).
