🏷️ Pricing & Availability Rules

The pricing manager allows you to have total control over when, how much, and where each product is sold. By clicking the clock button on an item, you will access these advanced settings.

1. Dynamic Pricing Rules

Create special prices that activate automatically under certain conditions. The system will always apply the lowest available price, unless it is a "Happy Hour".

• New Price: The special price that will be charged (e.g., $5.00 instead of $10.00).
  

• Mark as Happy Hour: 🌟 If activated, this price will have priority over others and will appear highlighted in the menu.
  

• Date Range: Useful for seasonal offers (e.g., "Christmas", "Summer").
  

• Times: Define a start and end time (e.g., 17:00 to 19:00).
  

• Days of the Week: Select which days the offer applies (e.g., "Tuesdays Only").
  

• Branch: You can make the offer exclusive to one branch or for all.
  

2. Item Blocking (Visibility)

Do you sell breakfasts that shouldn't appear at dinner? Use blocking rules to hide products automatically.

• Branch: Hide the product in a specific branch if you don't offer it there.
  

• Time Range: Define at what times the product should NOT be visible.
  

• Days of the Week: Hide the product on specific days (e.g., "Not available on Sundays").
  

If there are no blocking rules, the item will always be visible (provided it is not marked as "Sold Out" manually).

3. Availability Limits

Set sales limits to control your inventory or create exclusivity (requires Premium Plan).

• Limit Quantity: The maximum number of units that can be sold.
  

• Period:
  

• Branch: You can set a global limit or a branch-specific one.
  

When the limit is reached, the item will automatically be marked as "Sold Out" and will not allow further orders until the period resets.
