👥 Registered Customers



MenuNode allows you to build a database of loyal customers, track their behavior, and retain them with automated offers. This function is essential to understand who your best customers are.

🛠️ Configuration (Premium Feature)



To start collecting customer data, you must enable the Marketing module.

1. Go to Configuration in the sidebar.
2. Scroll down to the Personalized Marketing section.
3. Toggle the switch "Enable".

Once active, you can configure automatic rules:
  • First Purchase Offer: A discount (e.g., 10%) to encourage registration.

  • Birthday Gift: A discount sent automatically on their special day.

  • Win-Back: A coupon sent if the customer does not visit you in X days (e.g., 30 days).

This feature is exclusive to Premium users. Free plan users can see the option but need to upgrade to activate data collection and view the customer list.

If the option to limit to delivery-only branches is activated, the system will only register customers who have ordered from a delivery-only branch.


📝 Customer Experience



1. Registration and Verification


When a customer places an order on your digital menu (or decides to register to get a coupon), the system will request their Email Address.

To ensure data is real, we send a 6-digit verification code (OTP) to their email.

2. Coupons and Discounts


Once verified, if you have the "First Purchase Offer" active, the customer will receive the coupon immediately on their screen and in their welcome email. The coupon can be copied to use at checkout.

As an administrator, you have full access to your database from the Customers section.

The main dashboard shows a table with all your registered users:
  • Customer: Name and Email.

  • Statistics: Total spent and number of orders.

  • Last Visit: Date of their last interaction.

  • Birthday: If provided.

Clicking the "View" (eye) button of a specific customer opens a modal with detailed information:
  • Order History: All previous orders from this customer.

  • Active Coupons: Coupons available for use.

  • Contact Info: Phone and Email.


📥 Export Data


You can download your complete customer list in CSV format. This is ideal for:
  • Importing contacts to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other newsletter tools.

  • Performing advanced analysis in Excel.

  • Creating custom audiences for social media ads.


To export, simply click the "Export CSV" button at the top right of the Customers panel.
