🔔 Waiter Caller

The Waiter Caller allows your dine-in customers to request assistance (Call Waiter) or ask for the bill directly from their table using the digital menu.
Available on: Premium.

Access the panel from the sidebar under Waiter Caller.

1. Initial Setup

Before using the system, you must activate and configure it for each branch. Click the "Configure" button (or the gear icon).

Waiter Caller Configuration

  • Activate Caller: Turn on the switch to enable the feature in this branch.

  • Number of Tables: Indicate how many physical tables your restaurant has. The system will generate a unique QR code for each table (Table 1, Table 2, etc.).

  • Card Preview: On the right, you will see how the table card design will look.

  • Download/Print: You can download each QR image individually or use the print button.

Print these QR codes and place them on each table (in an acrylic stand or sticker). Customers will scan them to view the menu and call the waiter.

2. Customer Experience

When a customer scans their table QR, they will see the digital menu with a special navigation bar.

Caller on Menu

  • "Call Waiter" Button: When pressed, the customer confirms they need help.

  • Confirmation: The system will notify them that "The waiter has been notified".

3. Live Calls Panel

This is the monitor that your staff (cashier or waiters) should have open during service.

Calls Panel

  • Incoming Calls: When a customer calls, a card will appear on screen indicating the Table Number and how long they have been waiting.

  • Notification Sound: The system will emit a sound ("Ding") to alert staff even if they are not looking at the screen.

  • Resolve Call: Once the waiter attends the table, they must press the "Done" button on the screen to clear the notification.
